Seraikela, Dec. 18 -- Three people lost their lives in a tragic road accident late Wednesday night in the Adityapur police station area of Seraikela-Kharsawan district in Jharkhand.
According to police sources, a speeding and uncontrolled trailer (registration number NL 02 Q 7066) hit two two-wheelers on the Tata-Kandra main road near Tool Room, leading to the fatal incident.
Eyewitnesses said the trailer first rammed into a scooty (JH 05 DH 5095) from behind with great force, throwing the rider onto the road.
Following the collision, the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene. The unattended trailer continued moving forward and collided with a Bullet motorcycle (JH 05 BV 1386) coming from the opposite direction.
