Raipur/Ranchi, March 29 -- Jharkhand clinched two gold and one bronze medal in wrestling and advanced to the semifinals in women's football and women's hockey at the inaugural Khelo India Tribal Games in Chhattisgarh on Sunday.

In wrestling events at Sarguja, Poonam Uraon won gold in the women's 50 kg category, while Anjeet Munda secured gold in the 67 kg class. Chanchala Kumari added a bronze in the 50 kg category.

With these results, Jharkhand's overall tally rose to six medals, including two gold, one silver and three bronze.

In women's football, Jharkhand defeated Meghalaya 4-2 in its third league match to qualify for the semifinals with nine points.
