Ranchi, April 10 -- Lakhs of Jharkhand government employees are yet to receive their March salaries due to delays in fund allocation at the start of the financial year 2026-27.

Officials said the delay is linked to administrative constraints, including the absence of senior officers on election duty in Assam and other states, which has slowed the allocation process.
