Ranchi, Feb. 24 -- Former Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition Babulal Marandi on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Hemant Soren-led government, alleging that Jharkhand's financial condition is deteriorating day by day.
Addressing the media, Marandi said that while the Economic Survey presented by the state government may appear balanced on paper, statistical jugglery cannot hide the ground reality.
He claimed that the state is facing mounting economic distress even as preparations are underway for the presentation of the upcoming Budget.
