Ranchi, Oct. 22 -- Jharkhand Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari launched a strong attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), alleging that the state's vast mineral resources are being exploited primarily for the benefit of other states while Jharkhand itself remains deprived.

The Minister warned that if the current rate of resource extraction continues unchecked, Jharkhand's mineral reserves could be exhausted within 15 years, leaving behind nothing but deep pits and barren land. "What will our children do then? It's time to wake up and fight for our rights," he said.
