Ranchi, Dec. 11 -- The Jharkhand High Court on Thursday directed the state government to immediately appoint and initiate training of eight candidates who had successfully cleared the Jharkhand Public Service Commission's (JPSC) 11th to 13th Combined Civil Services Examination but were excluded from the final appointment list.
The judgement was delivered by the bench of Justice Ananda Sen, following a petition filed by ten successful candidates who were denied appointment despite securing high scores in their respective categories. The petitioners include Jitendra Rajak, Suraj Kumar Yadav, Neeraj Kumar, Ashutosh Kumar, Suditi Suman, Rupali Roshan, Suraj Kumar, and Rupendra Prasad.
