Ranchi, Dec. 3 -- The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking a CBI investigation into the alleged paper leak in the JSSC-CGL exam, clearing the way for the long-awaited results to be released.
The court directed the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) to immediately publish the examination results and begin the appointment process without further delay. However, the results of 10 candidates who prepared for the examination while staying in Nepal have been withheld until further scrutiny.
With this judgment, the path for thousands of pending appointments through the JSSC-CGL examination has been cleared.
