Ranchi, Dec. 23 -- The Jharkhand government on Tuesday issued a series of notifications promoting several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to higher pay levels and grades with effect from January 1, 2026, following approval of the competent authority.
According to official notifications issued by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, IAS officers of the 2022 batch have been promoted to the Senior Time Scale (Level-11) of the Pay Matrix.
These officers are currently posted as sub-divisional officers in different districts of the state. The promotions will take effect from January 1, 2026, or from the date of assumption of charge, whichever is later, while they will continue to draw pay on their exis...
