Ranchi, Feb. 10 -- The daughters of Jharkhand secured two silver medals and one bronze at the 69th National School Games Federation of India (SGFI) Under-19 Boxing Championship held at St. Claret PU College, Jalahalli, Bengaluru.
The Jharkhand team participated in the national championship under the leadership of the Jharkhand Education Project Council, Ranchi.
The championship was held from February 4 to 9, 2026.
In the 45 kg weight category, Jessica Khes clinched a silver medal after finishing as runner-up against Maharashtra in the final. In the 54 kg category, Amisha Kerketta secured a silver medal after a strong performance in the final against Delhi.
