Ranchi, Dec. 30 -- The Jharkhand government has issued an urgent directive to expedite the integration of critical services with the Jharkhand Single Window System (JSWS) following a review that revealed major gaps in alignment with the National Single Window System (NSWS).
An official letter issued by the Directorate of Industries informed departmental nodal officers that of the 80 identified critical services, only 32 have been fully integrated, while 15 are operating through redirection and 33 services are not available on the platform.
