Ranchi, Aug. 2 -- Jharkhand Education Minister and Ghatsila MLA Ramdas Soren has been airlifted to Medanta Hospital in Delhi after sustaining a serious head injury resulting in a brain clot.

The injury occurred after he slipped in the bathroom at his residence in Jamshedpur. Soren was initially admitted to Tata Motors Hospital, where doctors recommended urgent advanced treatment.

His personal assistant, Veer Singh Munda, reported that the minister sustained severe injuries to his head and arm and was unconscious upon arrival. Health Minister Irfan Ansari confirmed the situation, stating that the fall resulted in a blood clot in the brain.
