Ranchi, Jan. 7 -- Clear directions were issued to strengthen organisational preparedness at the grassroots level and safeguard voters' rights during a key meeting of the Congress Party held in Ranchi on issues related to the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, PESA Rules and urban local body elections.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Keshav Mahato Kamlesh, President of the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC), and was attended by Congress in-charge K. Raju as the chief guest.
