Ranchi, Jan. 20 -- Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren created history by becoming the first tribal elected leader from India to participate in the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) at Davos. In recognition of his leadership and the transformative initiatives undertaken by the Government of Jharkhand, WEF representatives honoured the Chief Minister with the prestigious 'White Badge', a distinction traditionally accorded to heads of state and government.
