Ranchi, Dec. 19 -- : The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) has raised serious concern over delays in payment of final bills, security deposits and approved time-extension amounts of contractors for completed construction works executed through the Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited (JSBCCL).
In letters addressed to the Chief Minister, Finance Minister, Chief Secretary and secretaries of concerned departments, the Chamber urged immediate intervention to resolve the issue. A meeting of affected contractors was also held at the Chamber Bhavan following repeated complaints from members.
