Ranchi, Dec. 18 -- Ranchi Police have achieved a breakthrough in the case related to the attempted murder of cement trader Radheshyam Sahu near Kathal Mod.
One of the main accused involved in the incident has been arrested.
Police officials said the arrested accused has been identified as Chandan, who was apprehended from Ranchi.
Further interrogation of the accused is underway to identify and trace other persons involved in the crime.
The incident had taken place on the afternoon of October 15 near Kathal Mod, when miscreants arrived on two motorcycles and opened indiscriminate fire targeting cement trader Radheshyam Sahu.
As a result, the trader sustained serious injuries in the attack.
