Simdega, Dec. 16 -- A team from Kurdeg block under the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) undertook an exposure visit to the Gender Resource Centre and Gender Justice Centre at Tethaitangar to understand their operational framework, officials said on Tuesday.
The visit focused on learning best practices in gender case work, including case management, documentation, counselling and referral mechanisms. Members of the Tethaitangar gender team shared field-level experiences and practical approaches to handling gender-related issues.
