Los Angeles, Jan. 7 -- Phoebe Waller-Bridge's long-in-development "Tomb Raider" television adaptation has unveiled a significant casting update, confirming Jason Isaacs and Sigourney Weaver in pivotal roles as the project gathers momentum.
After weeks of industry chatter, it has now been confirmed that Isaacs will step into the role of Atlas DeMornay, a character drawn from the franchise's established mythology. Weaver will portray Evelyn Wallis, a powerful, inscrutable figure whose keen interest in Lara Croft appears driven by ambition as much as intrigue.
