Frankfurt, Nov. 10 -- Japan enjoyed a triumphant at the WTT Champions Frankfurt 2025, with Sora Matsushima and Hina Hayata claiming the men's and women's singles titles respectively.
18-year-old rising star Sora Matsushima claimed his first WTT Champions men's singles crown with a 4-1 victory over home favorite Qiu Dang of Germany on Sunday.
Matsushima raced to a 2-0 lead before Qiu pulled one back. Although the German held a strong advantage in the third game, the Japanese teenager kept his composure to seal the win in a tight finish.
