Jammu, Nov. 7 -- An elderly man suffered a bullet injury when an unidentified gunman shot at him near an ATM in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday night, police said.
The police said that at around 9 pm, a firing incident took place near the J&K Bank ATM along the main market in the Bari Brahmana area.
"One person received a bullet injury in one of his legs," said police.
The injured person, identified as Bishan Dass (58/60 years) of Channi Kartholi, Bari Brahmana, was rushed to the nearby hospital from where he was referred to the Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
