Srinagar, March 17 -- The Department of Wildlife Protection, Jammu and Kashmir on Monday launched the Hangul Population Estimation 2025 to generate precise data.
The inaugural event was attended by around 470 participants from various educational institutions, NGOs, and forest protection officials here on Monday.
The Hangul Population Estimation 2025 is scheduled to commence on March 18 and will be conducted in three counts till March 22.
The exercise aims to generate precise population data, contributing to the conservation and management strategies for Hangul.
