Jammu, April 29 -- The State Investigation Agency (SIA), Jammu, has made a significant breakthrough in the investigation of a case relating to the recovery of 33 kilograms of heroin, by arresting the key accused pn Tuesday.

As per the official comminique, Harjit Singh, resident of Kasel, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran, Punjab who has been identified as a key accused, has been arrested from Punjab by a team of SIA J&K.
