Jammu, Feb. 13 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested two persons in Kathua district who were involved in smuggling heroin from Pakistan via drone shipments. Police also seized heroin dropped via drone during the operation.

Police said that under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police, Kathua, Mohita Sharma, two individuals have been arrested for smuggling heroin from Pakistan through a drone.

Approximately 150 grams of heroin has been recovered in the operation, they said.

They added that the accused have been booked under relevant sections.
