Srinagar, Dec. 31 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said they have secured the conviction of three accused in a case registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in Pulwama district.
The conviction was recorded in connection with a 2022 FIR of police station Pulwama, registered under Sections 307 of the IPC, 7/27 of the Arms Act, and Sections 16, 18, 19, 20, 38 and 39 of the UA(P) Act.
According to police, the accused were found guilty by Special Court designated under the NIA Act, Pulwama, of providing shelter and logistical support to terrorists belonging to a banned organisation.
