Jammu, March 27 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police today foiled a Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha's (BJYM) 'Chalo Secretariat' march led by J&K president Arun Prabhat demanding establishment of a National Law University in Jammu.
Prabhat termed today's march as a trailer.
Prabhat led a massive protest march under "Chalo Secretariat" from JDA parking, Indira Chowk, Jammu, to the Civil Secretariat to coincide with the second leg of the Jammu Kashmir Legislative Assembly session that started on Friday.
Thousands of youth participated in the protest against the Omar Abdullah-led National Conference government.
