Srinagar, July 9 -- Police in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district today attached the property of a Pakistan-based militant handler as part of ongoing efforts to crack down on terrorism and its ecosystem in the region.
According to police, the property belonged to Ghulam Rasool Shah, alias Rafia Rasool Shah, a native of Peer Mohalla Chandigam, Lolab.
They said Shah is currently based in Pakistan and is a top commander associated with the proscribed terrorist organisations Hizbul Mujahideen and Jamiat-ul-Mujahideen (JUM).
