Srinagar, Feb. 11 -- In a decisive action against narco-terrorism, Police have attached two residential properties of notorious smugglers under Narco Act in Jammu Kashmir's Kupwara district.
The residential houses of Zakir Hussain Shah of Takiya Bahadarkote, has been attached in connection with FIR No. 78/2020 registered at Police Station Karnah under Sections 8/21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 7/25 I.A. Act, and 13,16,18,39 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), police said on Tuesday.
