Jammu, Nov. 23 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, on Sunday reviewed the situation following the deadly blast in Delhi last week and oversaw winter preparedness by the forces here at a high-level security meet, official sources said.
The meeting was attended by top Police, Army, CRPF officers, along with intelligence agencies and top officials of the civil administration.
