Jammu, April 15 -- Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo on Tuesday assessed the SOPs and protocols for the conduct of picnics by schools and colleges.
Chairing a meeting here at the Civil Secretariat to review the existing traffic regulations for the enhanced safety and security of school and college-going students of Jammu and Kashmir, Itoo passed on strict directions to enforce a complete ban on picnics by schools and colleges on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
