Jammu, Dec. 15 -- A police Sub Inspector was attacked with sharp weapons in Bakshi Nagar area here in J&K on Sunday.
A Police spokesman here said that at around 8-30 PM, one Sub Inspector, namely Nitin Khajuria, posted as Investigating Officer at Police Station Bakshi Nagar, was attacked at Gurrah Morh by a group of goons.
The accused - identified as Rishab, Munna D and two unknown individuals travelling in a SUV - stopped the cop and attacked him with sharp weapons and also pointed a pistol at him.
