Jammu, Sept. 23 -- Jammu and Kashmir Congress today paid tributes to Maharaja Hari Singh on his 130th birth anniversary, remembered his ''visionary and progressive rule'' and pledged to intensify the movement for the restoration of the full state of 'Maharaja Sahib'.
A team of Senior Congress leaders led by former minister and Working President Raman Bhalla, Chief Spokesperson and Ex MLC Ravinder Sharma offered floral tributes at the statue of Maharaja Hari Singh at Tawi Bridge in th eheart of Jammu city.
Speaking on the occasion, Raman Bhalla said Maharaja Hari Singh was a visionary and progressive ruler who brought several social reforms through his rule.
