Lucknow, April 23 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said when the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government has done everything according to its own will in Jammu and Kashmir, then it cannot shirk its responsibility for the untimely death of so many people.
