Jammu, Nov. 20 -- Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather, today received the Rasa Javedani Memorial Literary Award at a function here at Jammu University.
At the function, organised by Rasa Javedani Memorial Literary Society Jammu, the Speaker also released a book titled 'Rasa Fahmi', which was authored by Dr Shahnaz Qadri, Assistant Professor GDC, Sidhra Jammu.
The award consisted of a turban, a shawl, a memento and a citation.
The Book release function was organized by the Department of Urdu, University of Jammu in collaboration with Rasa Javedani Memorial Literary Society.
