Jammu, July 13 -- An old adage 'ek aur ek gayarah' (two heads are better than one) fits for 16-year-old Amit Kumar and 22-year-old Shravan Kumar, both hailing from Bihar and 'on wheels' to Amarnath Cave and Shri Mata Vaishno Shrine from their respective hometowns.
Skater Amit met cyclist Shravan at Meerut. The duo was on its way to the holy destinations of Amarnath Cave in the South Kashmir Himalayas and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in the Trikuta Hills of Reasi district in the Jammu region.
The duo, who coincidentally met each other en route, joined hands to chase their dreams of reaching the holy places on skates and by bicycle.
