Patna, Oct. 13 -- Jan Suraj today announced its second list of 65 candidates including (18 for Scheduled Castes and 1 for Scheduled Tribes) and 46 general category seats for Bihar assembly elections.
Founder of Jan Suraj Prashant Kishor told news persons here that in line with its promise to provide representation to all social groups based on population, the party has fielded 14 candidates from the Extremely Backward Classes (EBCs) (10 Hindus and 4 Muslims), 10 from the Other Backward Classes (OBCs), 11 from the General category, and 14 from minority communities.
