Patna, Dec. 31 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Wednesday said that the state government has established the Jan Nayak Karpoori Thakur Skill Development University to provide one crore jobs and employment opportunities to the youth of the state.
Addressing the Kushal Yuva Sammelan Choudhary said here that the government is working in a planned manner to ensure large scale employment for young people. He said the university has been set up to strengthen skill development so that Bihar's youth can secure dignified jobs in the country and abroad.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that about 32 lakh youth have so far been trained under various skill development programmes.
