Jammu, Dec. 18 -- A Jammu based RTI activist and social activist Balvinder Singh on Thursday alleged irregularities in the Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Limited (JKSPDCL) and urged Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister to hand over inquiry to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Addressing a press conference here, RTI activist Balvinder Singh claimed that the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) scam continues unabated despite repeated exposures and official alerts.
