Jammu, July 16 -- The Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu has deployed the faculty members and consultants in the emergency wing as junior doctors went on strike after an act of violence with attendants of a patient admitted in the hospital.
Principal and Dean Dr Ashutosh Gupta, in a statement issued here today, said that in view of the exigency arising due to an act of violence against the doctors in the emergency of Government Medical College Hospital, Jammu because of which the junior doctors deployed in the emergency have gone on a flash strike.
