Los Angeles, Dec. 27 -- James Cameron has revealed that he may publicly disclose the planned storylines of "Avatar 4" and "Avatar 5" if the franchise comes to an end with "Avatar: Fire and Ash," the third installment currently playing in theaters.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the Oscar-winning filmmaker said the future of the Avatar saga hinges on the box office performance of Fire and Ash. Cameron has been candid throughout the film's press tour, stressing that the continuation of the franchise depends on its financial success, reported Variety.
