London/Los Angeles, May 6 -- American folk rock singer Jake Holmes has once again sued Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page for taking songwriting credit for his 1967 track 'Dazed and Confused', which has often been incorrectly attributed to the band.

Holmes named the Sony Pictures film studio as one of several co-defendants, after noticing that the track was miscredited in the 'Becoming Led Zeppelin' documentary.

The complaint was filed in the California federal court and alleges copyright infringement and breach of contract. Holmes claims that two early live recordings of the song were included in the movie without permission or payment, according to Loudwire.

The lawsuit read that Page and his co-defendants "wilfully infringed the Holme...
