New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar will embark on an official visit to Russia from August 19-21 at the invitation of First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, the Ministry of External Affairs said.
Jaishankar will co-chair the 26th session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC) on August 20 in Moscow, as per an official statement by the Ministry of External Affairs.
Jaishankar is also scheduled to address the India-Russia Business Forum meeting in Moscow and hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to review the bilateral agenda and exchange views on regional and global developments.
