Mumbai, July 4 -- The sessions court was informed by the district Mental Health Review Board (MHRB) that dismissed RPF constable Chetansinh Choudhary, accused of killing four people on the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Superfast Express in July 2023, has now recovered from his mental health issues and he is mentally fit.
Choudhary, who is dismissed from the service and currently in judicial custody, had filed a bail application in the court claiming he was suffering from mental illness.
