New Delhi, Aug. 15 -- In a landmark achievement for women in uniform and a proud moment in force's mountaineering history, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has successfully completed its first-ever all-women force-level expedition to Mt Nun, in the Nun-Kun (7,135) massif of Kargil.
This historic feat marks a pathbreaking milestone in ITBP's tradition of excellence in high-altitude operations, an ITBP statement said.
