Cairo, April 20 -- Italy capped a dominant campaign at the FIE Foil World Cup here by winning both the men's and women's team titles, finishing on top of the medal tally with three golds and one silver.
In the men's team event, Italy defeated Hong Kong, China 45-43 in the final to take gold, while the United States claimed bronze after beating Spain 45-34 in the third-place match on Sunday.
Italy also won the women's team title after defeating France 45-40 in the final, with the United States taking bronze by overcoming Japan 42-38.
