Sasaram, Aug. 17 -- Targeting the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) being conducted by the Election Commission, the opposition leader in B'ihar and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Prasad Yadav today dubbed it as "not only theft of the votes, but as "a loot and dacoity of democracy".
While addressing the rally before embarking on the Voter Adhikar Yatra along with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Yadav said here that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to "deceive" the people of Bihar, the birthplace of democracy. Yadav said he along with Rahul Gandhi will not allow the right to vote to be abolished from here.
