Mumbai, June 30 -- Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today said that the state government has decided to cancel the GR issued regarding compulsory teaching of Hindi language in schools in the state from class 1 look at the interests of the students and not in the interest of any party.
"We will not look after the interests of any party. We will look after the interests of the students of Maharashtra only," he said.
He further said that the government has appointed a committee to decide whether to adopt the three-language formula in the state or not and informed that the committee will decide now.
