Chennai, Jan. 7 -- The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is set to launch the PSLV-C62 mission on January 12 at 10:17 hrs IST from the First Launch Pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota.

In a post on X, ISRO announced, "The Launch of PSLV-C62 Mission is scheduled on 12 January 2026 at 10:17 hrs IST from First Launch Pad (FLP), SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota."PSLV C-62 will be the 64th flight of India's trusted Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle and marks its return to flight mission following PSLV C-61, according to the sources.

The mission will carry EOS-N1, an Earth Observation imaging satellite developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for strategic purposes, as its primary payload.
