Sriharikota, Jan. 29 -- In a record and historic 100th launch mission from

SHAR Range for ISRO, the GSLV-F15 Rocket, with the indigenous cryogenic third stage,

successfully precisely injected the NVS-02 Navigation satellite into the desired orbit on

Wednesday morning.

After a smooth 27 hr countdown, the heavier launch vehicle, took off majestically from the Second Launch pad after after a flight duration of 19 minutes, injected the 2,250 kg satellite into the Orbit. MORE UNI GV 0643
