Chennai, Jan. 1 -- The first mission of the New Year 2026 by the Indian SpaceResearch Organisation( (ISRO) is likely to take place on January 10 with the launchof EOS-01 imaging satellite along with 18 small payloads using the trusted workhorsePSLV-C62 fromthe spaceport of Sriharikota.

According to ISROSpaceflight post on X, the Launch will take place from the First LaunchPad.

It said "PSLV-C62 is now tentatively scheduled for launch on January 10".

"The EOS-N1 satellite, which is the payload for PSLV-C62 i.e., the return-to-flight missionfor PSLV, has arrived at SHAR on Dec 26 and is expected to lift off on Jan 10", it said.

It will be closely followed by the launch of PSLV-N1, the first commercially built PSLV vehicle,in February 2026...
