Chennai, May 22 -- The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) held a collaboration meet to synergise their might to elevate the country's prowess in space science and Astronomy.
The meeting was held in Bengaluru, attended by fifty scientists and engineers from ISRO and TIFR,the Space Agency said in an update on Thursday.
In his introductory remarks, Dr. Tirtha Pratim Das, Director of the Space Science Programme,
recalled the historical legacy of the scientific partnership between ISRO and TIFR in building the nation's space science programme.
