Thiruvananthapuram, July 15 -- The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) have issued a public alert regarding fraudulent activities by job racketeers who are misleading individuals with false promises of employment in the Department of Space, Government of India.

Recent media reports have highlighted cases where unsuspecting individuals have fallen victim to such deceptive schemes.

VSSC has categorically stated that neither it nor ISRO authorises any individual, agent, or agency to act on its behalf for recruitment purposes. All appointments at VSSC are strictly based on merit, following the selection procedures prescribed by the Department of Space.
